When I Grow Up

I'm twenty-two going on twenty-three and I just don't see myself growing up anytime soon. I own my own home and truck, and I have a state job, but those all the only signs of my adulthood.

I still depend greatly on my parents, both to provide me food and home essentials; things like paper towles, detergent, toilot paper, etc. I'm never doing things for myself because I can always find someone to do it for me, and for rare times I can't, well I just simply put it off.

Several times in my life I wanted to join the police academy, but it takes a lot of work just to fill out the forms, get the physical, take the B.A.T. I just can't seem to strive to do it. I don't know why because this is something I really want to do but for whatever reason I can't.

Life is spent watching cartoons, anime, reading comics, anything to do with science fiction, and oh yea, I collect Star Wars figures. The only reason I want kids is just so I can play with their toys, and watch cartoons without having to explain myself.

I want to grow up, but I guess I just don't know how. Though it is fun being childish.

Money Does Not Buy Happiness...

But it does buy everything that makes you happy. Money allows us to obtain products, tickets, and women.

Listen I know I'm going to take a lot of heat about women being on that list, but ladies you know it's the truth. If a guy doesn't have money, you don't date him. If this wasn't the case then you'd all be happy with a guy that took you out to Taco Bell to eat, you wouldn't get upset when we couldn't afford jewelry for your birthday, and so forth. If you couldn't guess, I'm currently single.

Happiness is also a feeling you get when the phone rings and you are one hundred percent sure it isn't a bill collector because you had the money to make all your payments. This is the happiness I hope to achieve in the next couple of months.

Money may not actually buy happiness itself, but for most, just having money makes you happy.

When It All Comes Together

You try and try but somehow success just remains outside arm's reach. If you're like me and feel that you've hit rock bottom, then put a smile on your face, because the only direction from the bottom is up.

That's what I'm told anyways.

I do believe that if one foot keeps going in front of the other and I focus that I can accomplish what I truly desire. Though the first step really should be to decide what it is that I truly desire.

It use to be an answer of "I want to be successful." But that sentence means many things to different people. You have to define what success is for you. Obtaining money so you no longer worry about bills, having a family, getting into a routine, and so on.

Create your definition of success, write some goals, make a plan of action, and for heaven's sake, follow through with that plan.

All the hard work will be worth the time and effort when it all comes together.

Project Payday - Worthwhile???

So about a year ago I joined Project Payday, and in that time I have accomplished absolutely nothing.

Project Payday is a website that gives you step by step instructions on how to obtain free items or to acquire money from helping others obtain free items.

Most people use Project Payday to earn cash while helping others acquire the free items. There are currently three different forums on the site, where people come to post what links you need to follow and how much they're willing to pay you for fulfilling all requirements necessary for them to obtain credit from whatever site they're working with.

This all seems easy but I haven't managed to get anywhere with it. Though I never have the best of luck with these things.

With this said, I still haven't given up on Project Payday, I still believe I'll come across some magic soon.

If you'd like to check out Project Payday for yourself, click the banner below.
